# millio

> Booking platform for visitors to South Korea. The places locals book themselves — the
> listing below shows which kinds — plus K-pop fan tours, shopping runs and custom requests,
> booked in English, 中文 or 日本語. The provider confirms a time first; the customer pays
> online afterwards with PayPal or an overseas card. No Korean phone number, no app.
> Anything millio does not list yet can be sent in as a custom request through the chat.

Booking requires a free millio account — one tap with Google or LINE, or an email address.
There is no ID check and no Korean phone number. Viewing or cancelling an existing booking
works from the link in the confirmation email without signing in.

millio does not book medical procedures. Dermatology and other medical care must be
arranged directly with a licensed clinic.

## Facts (current rules)

- Booking fee, paid online after the place confirms a time: for booking requests sent before 2026-10-25 (Korea time), ₩9,900 per person, plus 4.4% of the deposit; for requests from 2026-10-25, ₩9,900 per person, or 10% of the service price (including add-ons) if higher, plus 4.4% of the deposit. The service itself is paid at the place at the place's own price. Some places also take a small deposit online, deducted at the place.
- Payment: PayPal or an international card, after confirmation. The confirmed time is held for 3 hours while paying.
- Cancellation: from the link in the confirmation email. Before 17:00 Korea time on the day before the appointment, the deposit is refunded in full; the booking fee is not refundable. After that, no refund. If the place cancels or cannot confirm, nothing is charged.
- Lead time: dates open from 2 days ahead; 7+ days ahead is recommended.
- Languages: booking in English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) and Simplified Chinese; notes and reference photos are passed to the place in Korean. Staff language ability at the place varies.
