If you’re getting your hair done in Korea, you need to understand one thing going in: there will probably be a negotiation about what you think you want versus what your hairstylist knows you actually need. And honestly? Trust the hairstylist.
My stylist Seung Hyeok was amazing — incredibly thoughtful, skilled, funny, and appropriately judgmental about my haircare habits. 😂 For context, my normal hair routine consists of approximately two haircuts a year, wearing my hair in a clip almost every day, and occasionally coloring it at home. Apparently, this is not considered a proper haircare plan.
He listened to what I wanted, made thoughtful suggestions, and somehow managed to make my hair look like I actually take care of it. I had both a cut and color, and the whole experience was fantastic.
I would absolutely come back again and again. 10/10 would return. Now I just need to figure out how to justify coming back to Korea for a haircut. 😂以原文顯示（英語）。
