How does same-day booking work?
Pick a place and a time today or tomorrow, then send the request with Express. millio books it with the place in Korean, and the place confirms. Today’s times start at least 3 hours from now.
How do I pay?
When you send the request, you approve a card hold in PayPal for the amount shown on the booking screen. A hold is not a charge. It is charged when the place confirms your time.
Can I cancel?
Before the place confirms, yes: withdraw the request and the hold is released. Once the place confirms, an Express booking can’t be cancelled or refunded, even if you don’t come.
What if the place can’t take me?
The hold is released and nothing is charged.
Can I book in English?
Yes. Book in English, Japanese or Chinese, and millio passes your request to the place in Korean. Each place shows the languages its staff speak.
