millio is a booking service for visitors to South Korea. You can book the hair salons, nail salons, skin care studios (non-medical), head spas, waxing studios, lash and brow studios, semi-permanent makeup studios, makeup studios, hanbok rentals, restaurants, eyewear shops, enzyme baths, saunas and jjimjilbang and private body scrub studios that locals go to, in English, Japanese or Chinese. millio handles the conversation with the place in Korean. 184 of our 198 places also take bookings on Naver, the booking app Koreans use. Ask us anything in English, Japanese or Chinese, and we reply in the same language.

No. To send a booking request, you sign in with Google, LINE or a code we email you, which creates your free millio account. There is no ID check and nothing to install. It all works in a regular browser. To view or cancel an existing booking, use the link in your confirmation email. You do not need to sign in.

Pick a place and a service, then send up to three preferred times. The place confirms one of them. Only after that do you pay online, and then you receive a confirmation email. Nothing is charged until the place confirms a time. At some places — the ones millio books on your behalf — you send the request with a Confirm faster card hold instead, and we charge the held amount only when the place confirms a time. Places usually confirm within about 1 hour during Korean business hours. We will email you, so check your inbox and spam folder. After the place confirms, you have 3 hours to pay. After that, the request expires.
