Men's perms in Seoul run ₩119,000–253,000 for a cold perm, ₩297,000 for a heat perm (one salon labels it that way) and ₩150,000–310,000 for straightening — from six hair salons on millio, with times by type and how men's prices compare to women's.
At the salons that offer one, «남성 펌 (men's perm)» isn't a modifier you ask for — it's a separate line on the menu, priced apart from the women's version of the same style. It splits into three categories, but which salon you book moves the price more than the category does — cold perms alone run from ₩119,000 at one salon to ₩253,000 at another.

Down perms (다운펌) are priced as their own lines and aren't counted here: 7 of the 14 salons list a line named 다운펌, at ₩20,000–80,000 for 30 to 60 minutes — plus one more, Park Jun Beauty Lab Myeongdong's 커트 + 다운펌 at ₩55,000 for 90 minutes, which bundles in a cut.
