How does booking Shim Head Spa & Body work?

If the place confirms one of your times, you accept a time it suggests, or — at places books on your behalf — you agree on another time with us, we charge the held amount and the booking is confirmed. There is no payment window to miss. If no time works, the request expires, or you cancel before it is confirmed, we release the hold. You pay nothing.
Do I need a Korean phone number or a Korean app?
No. To send a booking request, you sign in with Google, LINE or a code we email you, which creates your free account. There is no ID check and nothing to install. It all works in a regular browser. To view or cancel an existing booking, use the link in your confirmation email. You do not need to sign in.
Can I cancel? What is refunded?
You can cancel from the link in your confirmation email. Cancel 3 or more days before your visit (Korea time) and we refund the place's deposit in full, or 50% if you cancel 2 days before. From the day before your visit, there is no refund. The booking fee is not refunded. If the place cannot confirm a time, you pay nothing. If a place cancels a booking you have already paid for, we refund your deposit in cash. The booking fee is not refunded if the place had confirmed the booking.
