The bath session lasts 15–25 minutes depending on your stamina and condition, followed by 5–10 minutes of ample rest, then you shower and head home.
Total stay is about 40 minutes for men and a generous 1 hour for women.
During the process, a healing reaction (myeonghyeon) may occur depending on the individual.
Body-heat therapy has the effect of intense aerobic exercise, so coming on an empty stomach after a long time may make you dizzy or feel unwell. Please keep that in mind when you visit.
(It uses up a great deal of energy.)
Shampoo, body wash, foam cleanser, toner, lotion, hair dryer, towels and other shower amenities are all provided, so please come with a light heart.
Thank you :)

Can I book Terren Jamsil Saenae for today or tomorrow?
Yes, when a time is open: choose Express (today or tomorrow). The next Express time is tomorrow (Fri, Nov 6) at 14:00 (as of Nov 5, 23:04 Korea time). You approve a card hold when you send the request, and it is charged when the place confirms. A confirmed Express booking can’t be cancelled or refunded.
How does booking Terren Jamsil Saenae work?
Confirm faster is how you book on . The ordinary request (“Ask if your times are available”) appears only if the card hold can't be used. You approve a card hold in PayPal when you send the request, and your request is sent once the hold is placed. This is a hold, not a charge. If the place confirms one of your times, you accept a time it suggests, or — at places books on your behalf — you agree on another time with us, we charge the held amount and the booking is confirmed. There is no payment window to miss. If no time works, the request expires, or you cancel before it is confirmed, we release the hold. You pay nothing.
Do I need a Korean phone number or a Korean app?
No. To send a booking request, you sign in with Google, LINE or a code we email you, which creates your free account. There is no ID check and nothing to install. It all works in a regular browser. To view or cancel an existing booking, use the link in your confirmation email. You do not need to sign in.
Can I cancel? What is refunded?
You can cancel from the link in your confirmation email. Cancel 3 or more days before your visit (Korea time) and we refund the place's deposit in full, or 50% if you cancel 2 days before. From the day before your visit, there is no refund. The booking fee is not refunded. If the place cannot confirm a time, you pay nothing. If a place cancels a booking you have already paid for, we refund your deposit in cash. The booking fee is not refunded if the place had confirmed the booking.
