How does booking Yoning work?
Confirm faster is how you book at some places — the ones millio books on your behalf. The ordinary request (“Ask if your times are available”) appears there only if the card hold can't be used. You approve a card hold in PayPal when you send the request, and your request is sent once the hold is placed. This is a hold, not a charge. There is no payment window to miss. If no time works, the request expires, or you cancel before it is confirmed, we release the hold. You pay nothing.
Do I need a Korean phone number or a Korean app?
No. To send a booking request, you sign in with Google or with a code we email you, which creates your free millio account. There is no ID check and nothing to install. It all works in a regular browser. To view or cancel an existing booking, use the link in your confirmation email. You do not need to sign in.
Can I cancel? What is refunded?
You can cancel from the link in your confirmation email. Cancel by 5:00 PM Korea time on the day before your appointment and we refund any deposit you paid to the place in full. The millio booking fee is not refunded. After that deadline there is no refund. If the place cannot confirm a time, you pay nothing. If a place cancels a booking you have already paid for, we refund your deposit in cash. The booking fee is not refunded if the place had confirmed the booking.
