Busan’s baths sit in two old hot-spring districts, Haeundae by the beach and Dongnae in the north. They use spring water, and most close at night.
We did not visit: each card was checked on October 10, 2026 against official sites, map listings, Visit Busan and the district office, with sources under each card. Tattoos: banned at Hurshimchung; elsewhere, ask at the counter. New to Korean baths? Start with the basics.

Private Korean body scrub: what to expect in a one-person room
A private Korean body scrub (seshin) is a one-on-one session in a room of your own: soak, scrub, rinse, often more. It is normally booked ahead, runs 50 to 150 minutes and costs more than the bathhouse kind. What to wear, what it costs, and the one place on millio that sells it, which is not in Seoul.
