How does booking Ihwa La Spa work?

There is no payment window to miss. If no time works, the request expires, or you cancel before it is confirmed, we release the hold. You pay nothing.

No. To send a booking request, you sign in with Google, LINE or a code we email you, which creates your free account. There is no ID check and nothing to install. It all works in a regular browser. To view or cancel an existing booking, use the link in your confirmation email. You do not need to sign in.
Can I cancel? What is refunded?
You can cancel from the link in your confirmation email. Cancel by 5:00 PM Korea time on the day before your appointment and we refund any deposit you paid to the place in full. The booking fee is not refunded. After that deadline there is no refund. If the place cannot confirm a time, you pay nothing. If a place cancels a booking you have already paid for, we refund your deposit in cash. The booking fee is not refunded if the place had confirmed the booking.
